Policy

Whenever possible, please place your catering order at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Additional lead time may be required for certain items as noted in the item's description. Based upon the amount of lead time, some substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your order.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00am on the day of the event to avoid being charged. Cancellation of events featuring personalized items (i.e. cake) or specialty items may result in charges if not cancelled within 24 hours of event start time. Beverage services do not apply.

If you have any special menu needs, such as dietary restrictions, please contact the FLIK Office at 703-280-2452 prior to placing your order. We would be happy to assist you with creating a custom menu to meet your needs.
